Pricing

  • Early Bird Dates: September 16 - October 25
  • Early Bird Full: $285 per person
  • Pricing October 26 - November 22:
  • Regular Bird: $325 per person
  • Regular One-day registration: $250 per person
  • Late Bird: December 6-Event
  • Late Bird Full: $425
  • Late Bird One-day: $300

Unfortunately, at this point we are unable to provide refunds. We will allocate any unused registration payments to our scholarship fund for the event.

Registration prices above include:

  • Entrance to all programming Tuesday, December 10 and Wednesday, December 11
  • Entrance into reception, Tuesday, December 10 evening
  • Lunch Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Breakfast on Tuesday
  • Food and one beverage at reception

Registration prices above do NOT include:

  • Monday pre-conference intensives or field trips
